- silly boy. there is no such thing as perfect in art, there is only good and bad. the neck isn't too good, way too skinny. and maybe add some shading to the hair. i'll give you a 3/5 although i don't like naruto, i'll give you half of a score. and why does it say "cat's-purr" at the bottom left?
