Hahaha, yeah. This is a happy little picture of good old Yondaime. xD
Well, it's a little sketch I did a while ago and just found it in some boxes somewhere.
I don't have any fancy computer programmes or anything to make my art wonderful...
I suppose the good thing about that is that all my art is done without the help of a machine...

Aye ^^ " , in my opinion
you did quiet well in this artwork , both his face and his style
is exactly the 4 th Hokage but I think you should try to
sharpen your outline ( example on his hair , it's still not sharp
so I think if you can fix this detail it will be even more cool
