- I mean no offense, but it looks like a tracing. Either you're just that good or you can copy well. The shading is good though (nice and smooth).

- Okay, you want critique, srry. Well the drawing is succesfully drawn. But i'm guessing that you drew it on feeling, rather than structures. Try to use structure and you'll get better.
