Only 1 thing really bugs me; the way shes holding the sword.
Her hand isn't really around the hilt, so it has a unnatural look to it @_@;

- For my suggestion,I think you should try making the head smaller. To me, it looks kind of unproportional. Also, her arms look still. Try to make her look comfortable, by making the arms more relaxed. I really do like the details on the hair. I also like the emphasis too. 3/5, if that's fair! wink
