This is (as the title says) Heechul Kim from the Korean idol group, Super Junior.
It will be colored later ^^
Here, Heechul is wearing some of his clothes from the Don't Don music video. I couldn't really get a clear shot, so it's mildly inaccurate. He is smirking (can you tell?) as he always does.
