It's a good drawing/shading combo.
The only things I see kinda wrong is the upper torso area and the broomstick. The upper torso doesn't look like it's at the correct angle it seems and the broomstick curves up at the end. Try using a straight edge and make it straight, and that would fix it all up. (;
