This isn't really much of a drawing more like a small sketch. And from what I just looked up this guy doesn't resemble Snake. the Bandanna is wider as it covers his eyebrows, the hair isn't spiky but full, and that white thing hanging down looks like an Ipod.
The face proportions aren't too great either.
