I took a picture of this girl while in bush gardens and i redrew it but when i scanned it looks not nearly as good- its fuzzy and not well defined especially in the hair, the contrast, and the darks escpecailly are pratically non-existant and the bird does not look nearly as beautiful, but, nonetheless i will submit it anyway, please tell me what you think.
PS: This is for my portfolio for College credit! So CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISIZUM IS LOVED AND NEEDED!!!! THANK YOU! - Date: 05/03/2009

The girl's face is where nightmares are made

- sometimes the scanning makes it not as sharp. if the original is better, you have something good for your porfolio

- Um..you can always correct the lights and darks digitally. Usually you can do that with scanner software or you can get a photo editing program like Photoshop. Scanning at high resolutions like 300px/inch and then resizing for print/web pages helps too.

- yeah i agree with Hellbent_demon_Alucard i can only draw anime better than something i would do, the bird is amazing...the girl uhh she's uhhh...anyway great job!
