i think its good. for the most part you have porportions down ^^
just a friendly tip. i had a really har time drawing hands as well. so i got some pics off the internet of realistic hands and worked on that for about a week straight. now i can draw hands. ^^
it just takes some serious practice to get things perfect... ^^
