HE looks alright! Specially since you did it on "Paint" (Kudos)
I agree though, the muscles look unnatural... Try using the squiggle line to draw those... and just take the eraser at a random part to make it look more alive! Keep it up! >.< - Report As Spam

wit the museles make sure that not all the lines are full...break them up a bit that should look better
