1) Not stolen. How many manga pictures dont have screentones or color that are THAT big? Hmm?
2) A technique in manga is inking then adding screentones, yes. But many other manga artists (meaning not mangaka without their own manga) use it too. They sketch, ink, then color. Im just testing out how it works.
