It's nice. The black (I assume it's gloved) hand is uh.. Well, if the seperate finger is a thumb, you need to add the pinky. But if it's the pointer finger, then it looks oddly positioned. The shading could be toned down some, it's too shiny on the clothing, so he looks rubber. As for the face, it's too far pushed back. You'd just need to extend the back hair back further, push the ear back some, as to leave room for the eye that's behind the front hair.
