I gave you a three/five.
The reason why is because your shadowing needs a little work, also i know that you where just following the avatar picture but the hair on yours (the girl) if you put the top of the hair down so it doesnt show above the head it may look a little better. Just saying, im not the best drawer myself but im giving you my point of view.
