Something I've noticed amongst my peers is that everyone has a difficult time drawing hands, especially drawing them as if the fingers are pointed directly towards your face. The reason for this is that they need to train their "innocent eye", i.e. they need to practice only drawing what they see, not drawing what they know.
Here are a few of my studies to train my innocent eye.
