Your technique in drawing is good, however I get the feeling that you're drawing what your mind thinks it sees rather than what your eye actually sees. Try drawing the picture upside down while looking at the reference upside down, too. It helps train yourself to see distance and angle instead of letting your brain tell you where something "should" go, you know what I mean?
You're a great artist. You just need a little more practice in some areas. Keep it up. - Report As Spam

- Actually it looks very good! The hair is perfect, eyes are good, a little big but need to be tilted more catlike I think. I'd bring out the tip of his nose a bit more, the bridge of the nose is good. It could use a little less space between the lip and the bottom of the nose, and the mouth itself may need some reconsideration. The outer corner of the eye to the jaw line is perfectly spaced.

- one more thing, invest into a 4B pencil, and add some dark and light values, it's all one tone.

- uuh you need a reference. This looks like him until I look at the facial features, then it looks Nothing like Captian Jack Sparrow. The lips are all wrong, and the eyes look depressed, and we both know, Jack sparrow, infact that Johnny depp does NOT look depressed. So get a reference of him, nose eyes, and mouth need to be redone.
