This was a tree at Yellowstone when I went there this summer. I thought it was really cool looking. It looks pretty dead, but I'm pretty sure it was alive... Maybe not, but I still really like the picture =]
I also liked how it was the only standing tree for a really long way. It's almost like it has the stronger will of any other living things in the area, like it wants to live on, and stand proud in the harsher environment. - Date: 12/19/2008

Wow. I really like how the sky is beginning to darken
