• Xavier and Gaberial sat with Apollomi and Luna in their arms, for what seemed like hours. Finally Xavier wipped the bloody tears from his face and looked and Gaberial.

    Xavier: You did the right thing brother.

    Anohter crimson tear fell from Gaberials eyes.

    Gaberial: They called us monsters.

    Xavier: Which is exactly why they can't remember what happened here tonight. If they knew what we are they'd fear us and we'd lose them forever. It couldn't be helped brother, we can't live without them.

    Gaberial: I know. Our situation is so much diffrent from the others. None of our kind have ever been bound to a human. Our kind are not meant to be with thier kind.

    Xavier: If that's how it has been fated us, no matter the circumstances they can never know what we are. I can't have my Apollomi thinking I am a monster. If I lose her may the light of the sun take me away.

    Gaberial: But brother... are we not immune to the sunlight... Is that not why we kill our own kind? So that we may walk at their sides during the day time?

    Xavier: Yes... that's why we kill our kind. We have to have that ability to be at their sides. If we don't they could get curious and expose our secret.... What they saw tonight was something we can't erase from thier minds again. Our phsychic bond is too powerful. They might not even forget completley what they just saw. It will seem like a real dream to them. They'll undoubtably have questions but we cannot answer them.

    Gaberial: Can't we change them?

    Xavier looked up at him eyes glowing red with rage.

    Xavier: Non, nous ne damn eux. Si vous ne le faites, je vous tuer.
    (English translation: No we will not damn them. If you do I will kill you.)

    Gaberial: Fine... but how long can we keep killing other innocents of our kind, before the clan leaders kill us?

    Xavier eyes fade back to normal.

    Xavier: I don't know, but it's a risk I am willing to take... are you not willing to take that risk for Luna?

    Gaberial: Yes I am but, you know they wouldn't live if the clan killed us... they cant live without us any more than we can live without them.

    Xavier: I know... still I am a selfish person, I will not let them take her away from me nor will I let the clan kill me without a fight.

    Gaberail: Our best bet is to change them... if we don't then we WILL lose them. They don't deserve that brother, it's the only option...

    Xavier's eyes glow red again.

    Gaberial: I know... through the histroy of our kind changing a mortal into one of us has only been done once.

    Xavier's eyes fade back to normal as a crimson tear falls down his cheek.

    Gaberial: We have to go see L'un Banned.
    (english translation: the banned one.)

    Xavier: Why? If we go to see Alec, we'll be killed for sure. He doesn't take visitors to kindly if you know what I mean.

    Gaberial: I know that may be, but he was banned for a reason.

    Xavier: Why?

    Gaberial: He's the only one of our kind who has ever changed a mortal into one of us... sucessfully.

    Xavier: Why is that such a bad thing?

    Gaberial: She wasn't his fated âme sœur. She was a victum of his that he change for sheer pleasure and hatred.

    Xavier: Why would he do that?

    Gaberial: I don't know only one way to find out.

    Xavier: Well... before we go we have to take them back.

    Gaberial: No we have to take them with us.
