• Run, run, run. Don't look back! I have to go back! No, keep running! It shouldn't be like this! NO!!!!! I sat up in bed cold sweat dripping off my face. My heart was racing, my breath coming in and out in shakey pantings. "I have to go to school." I thought. I quickly hopped out of bed, showered, and changed into black spiderweb lined t-shirt, with a dark red anime shirt, black knee-high socks, black boots, blood red nails, and a black ribbon choker. I picked up my bag full of homework I rushed through the night before before I went to bed. I heard a knock on my door. "I'm coming!" I yelled. I ran down the stairs and opened the door to see Ark. "Hi, Jinx. Or should I call you Canaan?" he asked, smiling. "Canaan. You should keep my real name a secret." I said. "Uh, it was a joke." he said. He slung off his bookbag and dropped it on the floor. He pulled me into him and leaned down and kissed me. The kiss became so intense, it made my knees weak, and my breath shakey. "Whoa, now that's one hot and heavy kiss!" Vanessa said, appearing from down the hall. Ark lifted his head, and scowled at Vanessa. "Hey, I'm just trying to tell you that you're gunna be late if you don't get a move on." she said. "What?!" I yelled. Ark grabbed his bookbag and and ran, easily passing me in my run. I used magic to change, but ran without it. Without magic, my fast legs were no match for his long legs. Half way there, he turned around picked me up, and believe it or not, we ran faster with me in his arms, weird right? He quickly opened the door to the classroom 6 seconds before the bell rang. My arms were around his neck. "Um, you can let me down now." I said. "What if I don't want to?" he asked, his breath back. "You have to." I said. "Why?" he asked, enjoying my annoyance. "So, it's true, you two really are a couple?" Serenity came up and asked us. She had short brown hair, glasses, bluepants, and a long sleeve light blue shirt. "Yup!" Ark said, raising me up higher. "Eh? You're one lucky man." Ash said. He had blue eyes, blond hair, he was an unknown. "Yeah, I know." Ark said, winking at me. I tried to hide my blush. The teacher came in, put on a surprised face when he saw us, and said "Put her down please. We must get on with the lesson." he said. Ark sighed and put me down. "On with school." he said, and we went to our seats. By gym, I was beat! When I got outside, I was ambushed by Ark. He kissed me full on the lips. "Hyuuga! Russell! Get over here and stop sucking face!" the coach yelled. Ark held my hand, dissapointed. "Okay, today is dogde ball! Boys against girls!" she yelled. "Go easy on me?" he asked. "Never." I smiled. "Unfortunetly, I thought so. Well, I'm not going easy on you either." he said. "Love truly is a battlefield" Suki said. Girls were at the right side, boys were on the left. A bunch of red rubber balls were put in the middle. "Ready, set, go!" the coach yelled, and everyone ran to get balls, and before you knew it, the entire gym was filled with flyinging balls. Each time I threw a ball, it always caught a boy. It continued until me and Ark were the last ones. "Get him, Canaan!" the girls yelled. "Get her, Ark!" the boys yelled. Ark threw a ball that I easily dogded. Basically it was throw, dogde, throw, dogde, basically it went on like that. I was standing almost as breathless as Ark. My panting, the loud yelling, it was bringing back bad memories. The coach had fallen asleep, which was kind of embarrasing. But, I didn't even see the ball that flew into my face and nocked me unconciouse, for a couple seconds.
