]The broken glass left deep wounds
They allowed bloody tears to flow,
Flow from our hands.
Smiles and giggles…
Issued from my horrid lips
As your life oozed from those little wounds;
Those little wounds…
Caused by…
The broken glass.
Then came the chilled wind
That blew you down
And shattered your last hope.
Your last chance at
Endless laughter.
Sound rang through my ears
And your breath stagnated;
Stagnate…old; gone forever,
Like the first chilled wind.
As the rotting earth moved
The graves of your kind to the bottom;
The bottom of the chain.
The chain called life…
Will break…
Like the glass.
The glass that left you wounded
And let you bleed
All of your blood and let you die…
This is the Death Song
That last thing you hear,
The only song you need to know.
The world will turn each day
To start a new the pace that it is to take-
To take each and every moment…
A death occurs.
A death that means nothing to you,
Means nothing to me,
But is more painful to someone
Then to anyone else.
This is it…the ending song called Death.

Description:
This is something that I wrote eons and eons ago. I think when I was 17 to be exact. My writing style has grown and I have matured slightly. I no longer think like this, but its still something that vexes me.
This is dedicated to Katsumaru, who helped me think up some of the words and helped me with the structure. - Date: 09/04/2008

- Thsi poem is almost unsettling in the ease of which it is told, and the explanation is somewhat off as to why.

- I'm a bit confused about it's structure. What form of poem is it? All the ones that I'm thinking of don't fit it.
