Past and Future Ghost


I let you in,
you left me hurt.
You pushed me down,
face in the dirt.

You tried so hard,
to have me cry.
You just made life worse,
tonight is when I die.

Finally I can be a ghost,
like you always made me feel.
Something from the past,
that you try to believe isn't real.

I like the rythm of the first paragraph smile
Short, sweet and simple.
And these two lines, "Finally I can be a ghost, like you always made me feel".
Depressing line, but I love it smile

The third line of the second paragraph seems a little long to fit in the rythm properly. I think I'm just being picky though. I found the same thing kind of happens with the last line too.
