sometimes we make excuses
somtimes we make up lies
though they cant allways disprove you
they can see it in your eyes.

our mothers try to trust us
give us the bennefit of the doubt
allthough it gets real hard
our deceptions dont allways work out.

our fathers see our past mistakes
they dont see anything else
even though,we'll never blame them
cuz why would somebody else?

sometimes it gets real hard
to keep the pretty mask on our face
to try and not look hollow
to keep the pretty world in its place.

some people say im lukky
but hunny its just my mask
you dont know but sometimes
i walk on real thin glass

i thought it was great.the concept was amazing and was put out in an amazing way particularly the last stanza,theres real truth to it.it would be very hard not to make this what people call an emo poem but you did it excellent and amazing 5/5
