To children a shadow is a monster
To adults a shadow is a ghost
But a shadow is more than that
A shadow is also a host

A host that leads you to death
A host that leads you to light
A host that put you to bed
Something that will never be light

Some people think to themselves
does having a shadown mean evil
does having a shadow mean good
does having a shadow mean god hates us
does it mean to the devil we are good

A shadow to me is a life
That pushed its self out of the light
A shadow to me is a dream
Thats lost its own self esteem

There is no way to loose your shadow
You can try and try forever
But all you can do for now
Is believe there is always light
Whenever your shadow dies
But comes back during the night.
