As I walk the streets, it came to me;
Things aren't how they used to be.
The lights are blinding; the buildings, tall.
I still have yet to see it all.
But what of the past?
What we had been?
Memories at their last,
never acknowledged again.
I liked it simple.
Short and sweet.
Didn't care for the future;
Too great for me.
As I walk the streets, it came to me;
Things aren't how they used to be.
The lights are blinding; the buildings, tall.
But do we really need it all?...

- Nice. It's something most people can relate to. And if they can't, it's still cool to think about.
