In an instant it seems
There comes to be
Us.
Whoever you are.
Whoever I am.
Night now whispers of one
As our bodies dialogue with Moon
Who instills the memory of moonlight caresses
Into our sleeping bodies.
We shall not waste the dawn
As dreams end so quickly
And our glistening bodies awaken.
Our night may never come again.
The sun knows only of now.

Personally, I wouldn't have used "sweaty" in the last verse, I would have used "glistening."
I've always been a sucker for minimalistic free verse x] so I think that this is a great piece. The way the first verse breaks makes it seem like the speakers mind is broken, as if they're caught in the moment. Very nice. 4/5 - Report As Spam
