Sings the clock
Spinning hands, speckled numbers
Tick,
Tock
Talks the clock
Only two words will be spoken
Tick,
Tock
Screams the clock
It shrieks, but still no answer
Tick,
Tock
Cries the clock
Hear it hither; listen closely before the soft sound withers
Tick,
Tock
Moans the clock
Its tone to low, there still is no answer
Tick,
Tock
Warns the clock
Time has passed, Time has gone
Tick,
Tock
Sings the clock
Still waiting for your answer
