• Nothing can hurt you when pain is all you have ever known,
    Nothing can touch you when your heart has turned to stone,
    Time stands still as your mind is torn apart,
    But really your mind was never whole to start,
    Those around you blame you for their pain,
    Throwing insults at you which sting like a single grain,
    Of salt has been poured onto your wounds which will never close,
    Your only wish is of happiness for those,
    Whom you care so deeply for and yet,
    After you're dead and gone you know they'll forget,
    Your very existence will be gone from their minds,
    Forever erased from the sands of time.
