I walked into the sun
To see the ordinary horizon
There was me in my child form
The golden one ever born
Afflicted with wrath
Due to pain around my skin
I somewhat lost my trait
As the anger and hatred remains within
It becomes of fire in my heart
It becomes of emotionless trait
Because I can eventually be saved by all hope
I know I can regain it on my part.
A full moon becomes on my way
Sometimes, it suits my whim
Although I have many downfalls in life
I'm not just "golden", or even slim.
Four years earlier, I had a detour
Was it necessary for me to save?
I know my feelings are not always poor
But I know I can't stand down, I must be brave.
First, a ladder is what I can imagine
Invited to paradise, but my sins keep me back
If this isn't all too easy
Then I know I can gain intelligence, something I would lack
Through the merge of atonement, I need to recognize
All I've gone through as well as all my sins committed within me.
That's the way how it goes
But punishments for my sins? I will let it be.
Sundown is always what gets me moody
When it reminds me of my past
I sometimes withhold myself
And if I ever was first, I would later be last.
Realizing what I've gone through
I have a chance to honor the redemption within me
Once more, I looked beneath the earth
And saw myself filled with strikes, minus three.
Second time around, there is a long stairway
I've been made flesh and blood anew
If there's anything else for me to say
My soul has gone through a deep and true, new blue.
Into the rising sun of a new paradise, I looked back again
In those I've lost, I can regain it by comfort
In those I'm good at, I can experience it in all eternity.
My soul will then be cleansed of suffering.
The moon always reminds me of my sins
But with the sun in place
My spirits will be lifted
That will be the case.
And once more, I looked into the heavenly stars at night
Atoning my own old flesh and blood to gain anew
Once more, I walked towards them to redemption
My soul has recently grew.
Through the stars to redemption, there is paradise
Everyone deserves joy.
I've lost so many classmates in the past
But I know there's happiness ahoy!
And once more, I'm walking out of the earth
And into more than the naked sun
Once again, the stars have greeted me
Redemption has just begun.

- Title: Stars to Redemption
- Artist: Mario the Davidic Hero
- Description: I wrote this after reading Dante's Inferno and thought it would reflect my opinions based on all that I've learned during school. Usually, it's about some hardships I've went through as well as it reflects on some hope that I would have a better life after death. Actually, it deals with going through one path to first recognize the wrongdoings before you can try to atone yourself and finally enter paradise from above. Enjoy!

- Hello sir! I must say I quite enjoyed this one. Your style is incredibly discriptive and I notice you always tell a story. That's hard to come by these days...especially finding someone that can do it right. You have great talent. I've only read two of you works thus far...but I must say I've already seen improvement. Redemption...one of my favorite topics. You really hit home. Thanks friend. Keep it coming.
