• There once was a girl who loved a man with all her heart
    She thought nothing could ever break them apart
    Their relationship seemed perfect, flawless to the core
    They both seemed very happy, neither one could ask for more
    They spent every night and day together
    Everything seemed like it would last forever
    He left for a night and returned early the next day
    He had hickeys on his neck and acted as if he had nothing to say
    He told her not to worry; it was just a game of truth or dare
    Everything stayed simple; there was no need for her to care
    As weeks passed by she became more and more suspicious of that night
    Things weren’t adding together, things didn’t seem right
    She received a strange call one day from a woman
    Telling her that she had slept with her man
    She believed the words she said knowing them to be true
    She had suspected it all along she just didn’t know what to do
    The truth was out in the open and he still did lie
    Every time he did a piece inside of her did die
    She hated knowing he cheated, but hated he wouldn’t tell the truth even more
    She had given up on him, she packed her cloths and walked out the door
