Left alone,
In the pale, gleaming snow,
A horrified girl stood,
Her pain more than you would ever know.
Her hair whipped around,
her pale, ghoulish face,
To be heard,
was not a single sound.
Her heart had been buried,
within that cold, icy mix,
For the beautiful, pale girl,
Had fallen for his deceptive tricks.
He lead her through the darkest places,
and she followed him without a fight,
Then and there he mocked and deceived her,
Dimming the burning flame's light.
And there she stood, tall and still,
Tears filled her crystalline eyes,
Her mouth trembling with sorrow,
As she lost her will.
