n**'s PoV

As Taran was pulling out the arrow in her chest, n**'s eyes flashed open. Snarling, n** retreated to a hidden corner in the cargo bay of the Dragonfly. Barely able to keep a tight reign on her feral side, n** growled, "Taran...lock yourself...in the cabin...I'm not safe...to be around...I need to feed..."

My PoV

"I didn't know I had any living grandparents," I said, rubbing my forehead and sitting on one of the stools in med deck.

"Much less that her granddad is a dragon god," Wynn added.

Looking at Rose from the corner of my eye, I said, "Rhonabwy told me exactly where we can find Nogard...and Xink."

Typing in the coordinates on a display screen, I told Nerissa, "Head here."

"There is nothing in that region of space," Nerissa's hologram form said, obviously having sent a sensor out to the coordinates.

"The planet's so tiny you're mistaking it for an asteroid," I said. "Look, get in touch with the Dragonfly and tell them to pick up the speed. I'm going to need Xangord's and n**'s help."

Looking back at Rose, I said, "I probably haven't explained anything....buuuuut I'm still trying to process the data that Rhonabwy put in my head."
