If you read the outline on the previous entry, then you obviously know of my frustrations with games. However, I'd like to make a few corrections:
- I can actually play Slots. But I now cannot find where to buy the tokens to play and I don't want to waste what little money I have on them anyway.
- I can actually Fish. It's really pointless though.
- I don't know if I can play Cards or not. Either way, I really, really suck at card games.
That really doesn't help my wallet either way.
My only significant way to earn gold is by random forum hopping, but it's horribly discouraging to see all those users with their fancy-schmancy items that cost several thousands of gold. I could probably be like that, too, if I could only GET gold. I've had two positive comments on my avatar thus far, one by a friend and one by a random girl, but I think I could do a lot better with it. I love the darn Eskimo suit, and I love the darn goth boots, but they are really out of balance. The boots make my avatar's legs appear longer and more slender, which I like, but mixed with the parka or whatever it throws everything out of whack. I used to wear that Syaoran's or whoever's cape and it looked great and made me look less gothic, but also made me feel cheap. I mean, it's a FREE cape! I've went shopping around for other capes that will add more balance to the image I am shooting for, but none do the job like So-and-So's cape.
My current to-buy list is as follows:
1. Emo glasses (They kind of give off a goggles feel that an Arctic person should wear)
2. A good, not-cheap cape, or something to give more balance in the lower part of my avatar
3. A weapon (How else will I terrorize the innocents? A scythe or whip might be interesting.)
4. MAYBE better gloves that won't blend into my black coat like my current pair does
5. Furniture for my evil lair
