The Honour System explanation...
The Honour System is going to be but in a test phase early next month in my guild, which will ensure that new members stay active
Rules of the honour system...
The new members gets put in the porbationary post mode, they must stay active and post frequently for a week...at the end of the week, if no posts are recieved from the member, they are PMed and informed that they have not been excepted...
It is quite a harsh option, but it also cuts down the amount of non-posting members, which makes it alot easier to see who is staying active or not...
There will be a sticky up in the guild next month stating all members who are on probationary post mode, so to ensure this, all the members with less than 50 posts will be stated there...This is also a good way to see who's active... 3nodding
