"RE-FRIED Snow PEA SALAD <3
Serves: 3 - 5 Zurg
Equipment: Stove, Wok, lots of Mixing Bowl, Wooden Spoon, Garlic Press, 2 Sharp Knives (not to threaten friends), Serving Spoon, serving Platter.
Ingredients: Virgin Olive oil, 2 skin-less, Bone-less Gaian brests (as in chest meat not b00bs you primary schoolers)
1 pound Snow peas, 1 carrot, Peppers (various, but be sure to include at least ONE yellow/orange pepper and ONE red pepper for colour and Flavor), Broccoli (If desired), Garlic Clove, Various Spices, 1 bottle teriyaki seasoning OR stir-fry sauce.
Directions:
1. ~*~ Prepare Meat:
Using one of your knives take your skinned, de-boned and CLEAN gaian brests and carefully cube them into bite size pieces,
2. ~*~ Place cubed meat into your first clean mixing bowl, cover and place into the fridge to chill and stay fresh.
3. ~*~Prepare Vegetables:
using your other Sharp Knife Dice the Carrot, Peppers, Broccoli and remove the ends of the peas. (1)
4. ~*~Place prepared Veggies into SEPARATE mixing Bowl (set in to fridge with the meat to keep cool) (1)
5.~*~ Place Wok on to Stove, Add a liberal amount of Olive Oil (enough to coat the sides) to the Wok and all to heat on a High setting till ALMOST boiling (2)
6. ~*~ Place garlic clove in garlic press and crush over oil (3)
7. ~*~ Add your gaian Brest cubes to the Boiling oil (3)
8. ~*~ Add Snow peas and broccoli to the garlic-y, meaty oil (3)
9. ~*~ Add 1 cup Stir-Fry sauce (or until veggies are all covered but notswimming) to the Wok and the rest of the Vegetables (3)
10. ~*~ Add various seasonings to taste, stirring veggies/meats to prevent burning on the bottom - try avoid salt, the soy will make it salty enough
11. ~*~ Wait for the veggies to become Soft but not MUSHIE then drain excess oils/sause. Place salad onto serving platter and ENJOY with friends
heart can be made WITH Mushroom, onions and other veggies accoring to taste - proper etiquette states to use chopstick and eat directly from the platter.
(1) *~*Make sure the carrot and Pepper slices are not TOO thin or they will burn try for 1 cm thick slices
(2) *~* Ovens can be dangerous, use cation when useing them
(3) *~* CAREFUL HOT OIL CAN HURT!
