Ishishipping: One Question Tick, tock. Ruby sighed, looking at the clock next to his bed. Two thirty, on a tuesday morning. ********, he thought to himself, turning over to get more sleep. Being home was odd, especially since he hadn't slept alone in the past three weeks. His beloved Delecatty, Coco, was curled up next to his left side, fast asleep and purring as Ruby stroked her soft pelt. He had one thing and one thing only on his mind: Steven Stone. The two males had become close over the past few months, and Ruby had no idea how he felt about him. He missed Stevens warm embrace, his gorgeous ocean blue eyes, his kind voice that always told him what he needed to hear. He missed the fact that whenever Ruby stayed with him and couldn't sleep, that Steven would get in bed with him and hold him, whispering reassuring words into his ear. He thought about the question Steven had asked him the other day: "Ruby, how do you feel about me?" At the time, Ruby didn't know how to answer, and thinking about it now, he still didn't. He was positive that he loved Steven, but did he love Steven the way that he loved Sapphire? He thought of the young brunette who lived next door, the girl he had been attracted to since they were very young. She was kind and adventerous, and for a while Ruby thought that she could be his soul mate. Recently though, the two had drifted apart, and as a normal fifteen year old would, Ruby had thought about sex. He had tried masterbating while thinking of Sapphire, but that didn't help at all and usually just made him tired. Would sex with her just feel... Wrong? Ruby couldn't imagine it, or with any girl he knew, which just raised the question about his sexuality as it usually did. Metrosexual, as Sapphire described. Ruby didn't agree with it. The word clouded his mind, and made him feel like he wasn't himself. He loved Sapphire, but more like a sister than a lover. He had to tell her that. "In the morning," he muttered to himself as he pulled the sheets over his head. •••••••••• Sapphire strolled onto route 101, the place Ruby had specified for her to meet him in the note she found on her desk that morning. If Ruby needed to talk to her and didn't just call her, it had to be something important. She smiled as she saw the boy leaned up against a fencepost, running up to him and kissing him gently, pulling away to see that he wasn't smiling at all. "Ruby, it's been almost a month. Why aren't you happy to see me?" Ruby sighed. "Sapphire, I'm very happy to see you, but we really need to talk. There's something that's been on my mind, and I need to get it off my chest." Sapphire gasped. "Ruby, I'm fourteen! I know we've been dating for four years but I'm not ready to have sex!" Ruby shook his head. "Its not that at all, I promise. I've just been thinking a bit, about us. And I've come to the conclusion that... I can't think of you as my girlfriend." A single tear fell down his cheek. "I don't want you to hurt, and I feel like I can't be myself if we're together." Sapphire hugged him. "Ruby... I love you. You know that. And... If seeing other people is what makes you happy, it makes me happy too." She wiped the tear from his face. "And you know that I'm always here if you need to talk. Promise me this, Ruby. We will always be friends." Ruby nodded, kissing her on the forehead. "Yeah. We will always be friends. Always and forever." He smiled. "As long as you find a guy that makes you just as happy as you made me." He hugged her one last time, before walking away slowly. •••••••• After rainy three days of travel, Ruby had finally made it to Mossdeep. He stank of sweat, and his hair and clothes were drenched and covered in mud. He knocked on the door of one of the houses, shivering and shaking as he waited for a response. The door opened slowly, a surprised Steven Stone standing in the doorway. "Ruby? What are you doing here?" Ruby sneezed. "I have s-something to t-tell you. It's v-very important." He shivered as the words rolled off of his tongue. "Come in, you'll freeze!" He pulled the teenager inside, dragging him to the bathroom right away. "I was about to take a bath, but you need it much more than I do." He helped Ruby peel off his damp clothes. "Thanks, Steven. But this is really important." Ruby repeated as he got into the warm bathtub, relaxing immediantly. Steven nodded. "That can wait, you need to eat, and I need to find you a change of clothes, and-" Ruby pressed a finger th Stevens lips. "Rather than that, would you care to bathe with me?" Steven blushed. "If you really want me to, I will." The older male stripped off his clothes and joined Ruby in the tub, sitting across from the fifteen year old. "So, Ruby. What is it that you wanted to tell me that was so important that you chose the rainiest weekend to visit?" But Ruby wasn't listening, staring at Stevens hand instead. "Steven, do you ever take those rings off? I don't think I have ever seen you not wearing those rings." Steven frowned, running a hand through his silver hair. "That's not what I asked, Ruby. You really should pay attention." Ruby smirked, hugging his legs tighter. "I was only kidding, Steven. But I wanted to ask you a question. How do you feel about me?" Stevens pale cheeks turned bright red. "Turn around, Ruby. Your hair is filthy." Ruby did as told, smirking. "That doesn't answer my question. How do you feel about me?" Steven sighed as he squirted shampoo into his hands and rubbed it into the younger males hair. "I don't know how to explain it, Ruby. You make me feel things that no one else has made me feel before." "Good feelings?" "Yes, Ruby. Very good feelings." He smiled, massaging Rubys scalp. "But didn't I ask you the same question not too long ago?" "You did. I was just too afraid to answer. But I've thought long and hard about it, and I broke up with Sapphire." Steven stopped, clearly shocked. "I thought she was your soul mate." "I thought that too, but she and I will never have the relationship I have with you." "What are you saying, Ruby." Steven was confused. Could Ruby actually love him, at such a young age? The silver haired man had known love before, but never as strong as the love he felt for the boy who was sharing a bath with him. "Isn't it obvious, Steven?" Ruby turned around to face him, a soft smile on his face. "I love you. I came back because I wanted to be with you. And I'm not lying, I have never been so sure about something in my life." "Ruby, I love you too. And I want to be with you. But a seven year age differance-" Steven was interrupted as Duby pressed his lips against the older mans. The kiss was sweet and tender, and definatly sincere. Steven blushed, kissing the younger man back and feeling himself harden. Ruby smirked, noticing this and his own new erection. Pinning Steven against the other end of the tub, kissing his lover and rubbing their cocks together. Steven moaned, his member starting to pulse as Ruby rubbed against him harder. "Unnnnnhhh, Ruby, stop!" "Feel good, Steven? Soon I'll be filling you up, just say the word." At Rubys words, Steven blushed even deeper. "Unnnnnhhhhh..." He grunted, ejaculating all over his lovers chest. Ruby felt himself slipping as well, releasing his fluids in Stevens face. "Ruby, aren't you a little young for this?" Steven sighed, getting out of the tub and dryin off. Ruby smirked, following him. "Problem, Steven? I didn't know you were such a squealer." He kissed Stevens forehead. "It excites me even more that I'll be making you scream even louder one of these days." Steven blushed. "You wish." "You know it's true." "******** you." "Not now, I'm hungry." THE END
