Personality: Cold, calculating and usually plotting their next move. Blue is every bit the hearltess Patroler that everyone expects, but sometimes their almost the exact opposite. Thoughtful, clever and usually two steps ahead of the others. Black is an unorthodox Patroler. As a whole, Blue and Black are believed to be the split personalities of one person...just who that person really is is the mystery.
Bio: Messenger found Blue hurt and bleeding badly, but Blue escaped shortly after being helped. Later that same month Messenger saved Black from certain death, thereby enlisting them into the Night Patrol to repay their debt. Messenger and the other Senoir Officers quickly learned of Blue and Black as the weeks went on. Though it is unclear of why the two "personalities" switch it is clear that Blue is the stronger, meaner half of the duo. While, Black is the kinder, weaker half of the duo.
