monsters of the night
roaring through the hallway
coming to find me
all alone like a bleeting lamb
whimpering to the moon
pleading for a rest
every little crack in my skin
they will find a way inside
tear at my flesh if they must
they're hungry for happiness
their lust and greed is shattering
my glass heart is breaking
its a horrible place to be
