I'd learnt it because I need it forwork.
If I must service some important person in business or so...
That I don't disturbe the other persons if they have a meeting...
or that I must lead them trough the house to some room they have the meeting...
I work in a ministry...and so...I must leanr it...some I allready knew...but...not all of them
