Yesterday was so amazing, it was disgusting. Literaly. The Prayer Meeting... we basically have 5 minutes. Not that well... but then after... we decided 5 more in a circle. I was second, it was my first time praying out loud to people! I was soooo cool.
Service, Wiley and Terry preaching. AWESOME! It really got into me. God is JEALOUS that we spend more time doing things with idols. You think of a Buddha guy right? Well, it's is also the TV, computer, music, yourself, sin, possessions, RELATIONSHIPS!
Have you ever been jealous? Let's say you like this guy.. (if you are a guy...vice versa) and turns out he's with someone else? That's exactly how God feels when you're spending your time with idols. He does not want any god. You cannot have too masters.
God know exactly how you are, and WHERE you are. He is asking "where are you"? He wants you to spend more time with him. (Genesis)
People, you also do not NEED to be in a relationship to feel please. You're life does NOT revolve on your bf or gf, or just a hook up. Believe me, God can please you. You guys got to break down these idols that are treasuring your life. I not saying treasures are bad. I'm saying the LOVE of treasures and possesions are bad.
The Altar, was also amazing. Everyone was on their knees, (including me) yelling out to God. We all wanted to break down these idols (INCLUDING SIN!!) that were separating us from God.
God. is. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!
