Some friendly tips.
1. Throw balloons at [NPC] Cindy Donovinh, she is neutral.
2. Don't hit other teams with balloons, it gives points to them too.
3. Put mules on opposite teams.
4. Don't throw balloons at our team as mules on other teams, 1 for us, 5 for them.
5. If you have 50 throws, start pumping. You get better points that way.
Update: We didn't win the Water War. Even though we were the smallest team, we did not come in last place, and that's enough Glory for me. 3nodding
