Dating.
No, everyone doesn't want to have a significant other. Take me for example. Sadly some people feel differently. If you've gone out with someone and it ended in a break up, there might be chance one of you were wrong. If you date again and it starts and ends in the same week, there's no future.
so don't ask the person out again. Especially if the person you're asking out is a friend. And if they say no, just accept it. Don't go home and e-mail them saying 'I've changed'. This happened to me and it just makes me feel bad.
