Oh, fantastic. My dreams are getting worse, and I'm now known as the 'confused emo kid'. Am I really? Ha! I hope not, I hope not. Another freaky dream, somehow alike with the others; I'm standing as my roleplay character LACIE, and for some odd reason, I wake up in REQUEN. I walk around, meeting the other half of my roleplaying soul, ALICE, and somehow becoming linked once more as 'sisters'. I find it quite odd, walking around in the jungle, in fields of overgrown grass with exotic animals and insects that never existed on earth. I walked across worlds of ice, trees covered in ice, and strange flowers of a pleasant shade. I speak with more people, create more allies, battling many creatures that attempt to destroy me, or eat me alive. These creatures range from overgrown lizards (literally), to giant talking carnivorous plants, to dragons, anything you can think of. I battle them using these marionette strings, made especially sharp or dull, to however I want. Soon, I come to another world in this dream where the lands are barren, dead, and foggy. The villages hold only sickly people, with diseases, and all are hostile. To them, trust is a pretty lie meant for two people to use to betray each other. There are no true lovers, the women just got pregnant from getting raped by one of the lands' men. The men have rotten teeth, breath that smells of whiskey. Their hair is oily, and red eyes. The women are bitter and greedy, like the men, and care only for money and looks. Their looks are that of an old, ugly witch, their children abused and starving. Soon to follow in the steps of their parents, depending on the gender. I enter a castle, it being the only thing of beauty there, while the people of the village that surrounds the castle, and the soldiers eye me and my companions, us being young and beautiful, and carrying a fair amount of money. One approaches me, grabbing my arm and attempting to drag me away and have a good tumble (so to speak, he is trying to rape me). Though I beat him down, and he has to limp home bruised, ashamed, and honorless. The men stay clear of attempting to tumble with me UNWILLINGLY. So they try to bribe me and the other female members of my group, they attempt to woo us and use their so called 'charms' to get us in their beds. Bah! We are no fools. The women of the villages attempt to charm the men into sharing a bed with them, begging for gold, and offering themselves as serfs, prostitutes, hookers, anything they can offer themselves to be in the presence of a handsome man. The children beg for food, and act like thieving little rats, hugging you to steal your money in an act of 'innocence'. Though some of the members have sharp, piercing eyes, and we scare them away before they can get their sticky fingers all over our possessions. We enter the large palace draped in silvery moonlight (Seeing that the only thing that exists in the sky are storm clouds and the moon). My bloody crimson eyes glow brighter as I get closer to a certain room. Opening the door, me and Alice's eyes glow brightly, we could light up a room. The feelings in our hearts are filled with lies, our emotions raging against each other while our faces are masks of no emotion. And the thing that made us feel like that, turned out to be a person... The person had black hair, tainted with strands of silver and bloody crimson. His face was fairly young, in his thirties, or so. His eyes told that he was far older than his TRUE appearance. Even a fool could tell that. His eyes were a ghostly grey, a bit of moonlight sprinkled here and there. He had pale skin, deathly pale that is, with small scars probably from a raging war, or a serious battle. He eyed me warily. Speaking in a voice that sounded like raging winds, crisp apples, and the sigh before death mixed into one, he asked me: "Your fate has been chosen for you. You will remain here, as my captives." Two of his seemingly finest warriors luge at us with godly speed and a giant's strength. But we are stronger than them still. One attempts to attack my sister, and I suddenly go berserk, these black angel wings sprouting from my back. It tears at my skin as it rips free, but I pay no attention to it. The warriors back away, their eyes filled with fear. "We shall take our leave." I hiss through set teeth, using all of my self control to not lunge at the damned man. I turn away swiftly, and walk away. My companions soon follow. And when I was through the door, the man finally said: "It appears we have found HER."
"Where are we going?" one of my closest friends, Tara, asks me. I shrug, and continue walking. Tara looks around warily, sighing. "What's the matter?" my sister, Alice, asks. Tara shakes her head and runs farther off. "Hey-- Wait, Tara!!" I yell, running after her, my party following shortly after. "No! There's something here~!! " Tara whines "It's calling to me!!" "No, That's a trap...!" Elaine cries, but it's too late. Something had ensnared Tara's leg, and the poor girl was now screaming in pain. "TARA!" Her sister Zophia cries out, running to her sister's aid. "Ahaha.. Ouch..." Tara smiles weakly. Flames consumed everything, the screams of my companions are everywhere... What fairy tale is this? What love is this?
Where is my happy ending? Where did my happy ending go?(I'll write more of my dream(s) later...)
OTHER:
I just wonder what, There are no honest answers. The dark is lonely
I ask him again "Who are you?" he just smiles "Who are you?" cold eyes.
I asked him again On that day, in the garden. "Who are you?" once more, "Why do you ask me questions?" I stare back, no words come out.
The silence, it rings.. In both of our ears, ringing. Makes someone question... "Do I even exist now?" My eyes became so misty.
It tears at my heart, How could such a pain exist? Tears fall from my eyes He says nothing to me, still. His cold eyes, just watching me.
Does he feel nothing? Didn't he feel anything? His gaze tells me not.
Cold eyes, so piercing. "What lies in your heart, your soul? " My question, answered. "What do you think lies in there?" Cold eyes filled with pain, sorrow.
I could do nothing. Everything I could offer... Would never soothe him. All I had were tender hugs With loving meanings behind.
Tears fell from his eyes, A tight embrace in response A thanks, just as well.
Does he feel nothing? Didn't he feel anything? His tears tell me "Yes," His mouth tells me "Yes, I do." As does his heart against mine.
[Haha, I was half awake when I made this... For those who don't know, I was writing in a mix of haiku and tanka. > w < ]
I just wonder(ed) what (he meant), (But) There are no honest answers (coming from him). (Being in) The dark is lonely (, I don't know anything)
I ask(ed) him again(, hoping for the truth) "Who are you?" he just smiles (at me) "Who are you?" (he asks, with) cold eyes.
(So) I asked him again On that day, in the (secret) garden. "Who are you?" once more (I ask him), "Why do you ask me questions?" (he said) I stare back (at him), no words come out (of my mouth, I'm speechless).
The silence, it rings.. In both of our ears, (there's) ringing. Makes someone (ask) question(s)... "Do I even exist now (to you)?" (I blurted) My eyes became so misty.
It tears at my heart, How could such a pain exist? Tears fall from my eyes He says nothing to me, still. His cold eyes, just watching me. (in silence)
Does he feel nothing (for me)? Didn't he feel anything (for me)? His gaze won't tell me (the truth).
(His) Cold eyes, so piercing. "What lies in your heart, your soul? " (I asked him) (Then) My questions (were), answered. "What do you think lies in there?" (He asked me) (His) Cold eyes (were) filled with pain (and), sorrow.
I could do nothing (for him). Everything I could offer (him)... Would never soothe him. All I had were tender hugs (for him), With loving meanings behind (them)
Tears fell from his eyes (onto my hair) A tight embrace in response (to my own) A thanks (comes from him), just as well.
Does he feel nothing (for me)? Didn't he feel anything (for me)? His tears tell me "Yes," His mouth tells me "Yes, I do." As does his heart against mine.
