It turns out that Phil did see his shadow and no more winter weather, but another cousin to Phil didn't see his shadow and more winter weather ahead for all of us.
So with the rebel major breakdown can be as deadly as the MAJOR winter ultimate blast up north in Chicago, you think by now that the weather doesn't have anything to do with it cause....well a lot of things I can't put my foot on.
