I had done the first one, the before, around the phase of the fan art. I decided to try drawing one of my own characters. This is Harley. I chose to practice with her because of the glasses, braids, and the puffy hat. Those three elements would give me a lot of practice for things that are a bit more challenging.
The eyes are not exactly in anime style, which is something I've tried to improve upon since then. They have however gotten more even, and equal in size compared to some of the earlier stuff. My glasses have improved since then, as have my braids. However, that's a pretty decent art piece all in all.
