So...I worked Christmas eve tonight. Only about an 8 and a half hour shift since Ed and Kathy were the closing managers, so we didn't stay until 9:00. WOOHOO! Regardless, I only got a 30 minute break during my time and only one of my 15 minute breaks...I feel so cheated.

So a week or two ago we had this secret shopper that came into the store and was asking questions to everyone and grading us on our performance as employees. Guess who nailed every single one of his questions, impressed the main store manager and got a commondation for his awesomeness?

So basically the commondation thing is like a reverse write up which means that next time I get evaluated, I might get a nice little pay raise. Considering I make squat as it is, that helps me loads right there.

Nothing else going on except for currently packing to go to Mom and Dad's house and wishing I could see Brittany tomorrow...Oh well. I'm going to call her and leave an..."Interesting" message on her phone while she's at work. Yes, she has to work on Christmas Day. Poor thing! crying heart
