-Chapter I-

Cloud sat at the burning remains of the Shinra building, small wisps of smoke rising from where the winged monster had fell. He looked over to Tifa, her black hair blown back from the gust of wind that seemed to blow over the remains of the small town in which they lived. “Tifa…What do we do now?” Cloud asks, standing, his blonde hair pushed down slightly.
Tifa looked up, “Huh? Oh…well…aren’t you supposed to go after Kadaj? I mean. It’s not like he’s gunna give up.” She shrugs, looking to Yuffie and Vincent.
Cloud nods sheathing the katana and moving to the edge of the building, “Yeah…I guess your right…I’ll see you guys later, k?” he takes another step, dropping off the building, leaving the rest of the group with dumbfounded looks.
“That’s Cloud for ya…one royal pain in the a**…”Yuffie comments, her arms crossed over her chest.
“Cloud will be Cloud.” Tifa shrugs, turning to move from the remains. “We might as well go help him, Cid.” She calls to the blonde, jogging down the crumbling steps.
“What!? Why is it always my ship we have to do the rescuing in?” he shouts, throwing up his arms. The group ignored him as they moved down the stairs after Tifa.
“That’s because you’re the only one stupid enough to let us use it!” Yuffie barks, sticking out her tongue at her former partner.
“Oh shut up, Yuffie!” Cid growls as he follows after the rest of them.
Cloud moved along the pavement, his head lowered as he moved towards his bike. A loud crash got his attention, making him look up. Before him fire erupted from the top of a building, closely followed by two figures jumping from it. “Kadaj.” Cloud growled, running to his bike. Swinging a leg over the seat, he kicked the bike to life, roaring towards Kadaj and his gang.
Kadaj, having landed with Jenova cells, saw Cloud coming before Loz or Yazoo, “Common!” He shouts to his brothers, moving quickly to his bike. He mounts and starts the ignition, the bike springing to life. He pulled away closely followed by both Cloud and his siblings.
The four of the raced towards the city’s on-ramp, Kadaj in the lead. He looked back over his shoulder with a smirk, forcing the bike to go faster.
Cloud narrowed his eyes, speeding up also. His bike was rammed from one side, pushing him into the guard railing. Cloud regained his posture, looking over to his attacker.
Loz and Yazoo smiled, one buckling his electric marvel into place, the other unbuckling his pistol. The three moved around each other, Yazoo firing at Cloud, “None of this would have happened if you would have accepted what you are, brother.” He smiles, raising the gun once more.
Cloud smirked, opening the side compartment of his bike. He withdrew one of the few swords he had left, lifting it to shield him from the oncoming bullets.
The bikes moved into a tunnel, Kadaj going over instead of through it.
On the receiving end of the tunnel, Reno and Rude stood in front of their chopper. Reno looked over to his partner, raising the small explosive he held in one hand. “So…what exactly is this?” He asks, his red eyebrow raised in a smirk.
Rude smiled, “This is Shinra engineering at it’s finest.” The tough bodyguard replied from behind his dark blue shades.
“Oh…so you made this?” Reno smiled, excitement and sarcasm ringing through his voice. He looked back top the tunnel where Cloud and two of the brothers were rapidly approaching.
“It’s flashy…you’ll love it…I know.” Rude says, poking a finger to his chest, turning back towards the tunnel.
Reno smirks, turning back to his partner, ‘Oh good…” He smiles, tossing the explosive up, “Looks like were clocking out early today, boys.” Reno calls.
Cloud burst out from the tunnel, speeding past Reno and Rude without much notice. The brothers were behind by a few minutes, meeting the slow tick of the last few seconds of the explosive. The explosion sounds and bright lights blast above Cloud and Kadaj, throwing their bikes off somewhat.
Kadaj jumps off the upper road, landing next to Cloud with a sneer. He pushes his bike into Cloud’s with a sound of crunching metal.
Cloud turns sharply to the right as they go around a curve in the road, running off the road all together and moving rapidly down a steep decline. He followed Kadaj closely down through the dirt trail, staying on his tail. Being to caught up in keeping against the tail end of Kadaj’s bike, Cloud misses the slab of broken concrete Kadaj jumps, leaving him to spin out to avoid it.
Kadaj laughs, moving quickly with the small black box towards the broken down church Cloud called home.
Picking up his bike, Cloud resettled on it, looking down to where a sharp pain had run through his arm. He winced as a searing blue light flashed through his head as he placed his hand on the black sleeve. Cloud ripped of the thin cloth, exposing his arm, and the Geostigma that covered most of it. He turned blue eyes to the dust cloud left behind from Kadaj’s bike.
A bike moved slowly through the church pew to where a small field of lilies sprung from the ashes. Kadaj pulled the bike to a stop, his feet resting in the soft petals. He smiled fondly down at the small broken box before him. His smile faded as his blue-green eyes peered into the crack that spread across the face of the box, “Mother?” He asked weakly to the box. Not satisfied with silence, Kadaj cradles the box to his chest, rocking back and forth with it, “Mother!” he cried before the doors to the church burst open once more.
Cloud sat in front of the church, his eyes glaring at the figure of Kadaj, rocking with the abomination known as Jenova. He pushed the bike into gear, roaring into the church towards Kadaj.
Kadaj sneered at the blonde, moving towards a broken pillar, rearing his bike to climb it. As it crumbled, Kadaj reached one of the church walls, steadying himself atop of it.
Cloud swung his head low to clear the falling pillar, his bike skidding to a halt in the center of the lilies. He glared up at the silver haired boy, his blue eyes narrow. A puddle in the center near Cloud began to ripple, streams of water that reached to the ceiling of the church. The streams began to spread across the ceiling, falling as rain. The Geostigma on Cloud’s arm began to glow green, drifting off his body.
Kadaj shielded himself from the cleansing rain. He jumped with Jenova’s cells off the building, speeding towards one of the last remaining building into the small city.
Cloud and his bike roared towards the building where Kadaj stood, the sun blazing behind him. He dismounted his bike, taking a step toward towards the younger man. “So what now?” Cloud calls to him, his arms hanging at his sides.
“I’m waiting for mother to tell me...” he smiles once more at the box, stroking it slightly.
Cloud smirked and looked down, moving another step closer, ‘Yeah...I guess because you’re a remnant you wouldn’t know.” He taunts, turning devilish blue eyes back up to Kadaj.
Kadaj growled, “So what if I’m a puppet…Once upon a time…you were too!” He yells, flinging a wrist out to Cloud. Blue streams of electricity flew from his palm, crashing into the ground around Cloud.
Cloud avoided them, leaping up the rubble to the boy, pulling his katana and swinging it.
Kadaj countered, kicking Cloud in the gut, sending him back a few paces. He sneered and swung his double-bladed sword around in a prudish manner, the sun gleaming off of it.
The airship lowered to glide above the two, the slow rain drizzling onto it. “Don’t worry Cloud, I gotcha some materia!” Yuffie shouts from within the ship, jumping around while clutching an armful of glowing orbs.
“Lassie! Shut your gab!” the small black and white cat yells, pounding down his fist onto Red’s head. Red merely looked up to the small furry creature, dark eyes confused.
“This is his fight…” Vincent comments quietly, his arms crossed over his chest. He looked to where Tifa shook her head.
“Vincent? Does Cloud know about Kadaj?” Tifa asks, looking around to the flight of people.
“One would think…” Vincent answers, his arms still crossed.
Tifa nodded, ‘Then your right…this is his fight.” She says, turning back to the large window.
“What? I don’t get it?” Yuffie says, looking to Vincent with a confused look.
Vincent sighs, turning amber eyes up to the confused ninja, ‘Kadaj is a remnant of Sephiroth…kind of like a larva.” He says in a calmed tone.
“WHAT?!” Yuffie yells, a disgusted look on her face, “You mean he’s a bug?! “ She gets panicky, nearly dropping all the materia she was holding.
Vincent sighs as Tifa started to explain.
“Do you remember three years ago? All the strength we had? Well…most of us had lost it…but Cloud…Cloud is finding it again” She says, her dark eyes watching the two fighting it out against the building rubble.
Cloud and Kadaj stood facing each other, Kadaj breathing a bit harder then Cloud. Kadaj raised his sword, pulling it to his side as he ran at Cloud, yelling at the top of his lungs.
Cloud prepared himself, pulling back his sword, thrusting out at Kadaj as he neared. The impact sent the boy flying, over the edge of the building.
Kadaj was freefalling, but managed to catch on with one hand onto the edge of the building. He sat there dangling when Cloud dropped down in front of him, his sword lowering towards the boy’s neck. Kadaj sneered, throwing the small black box up at the blonde.
Cloud reacted the only way he knew, slashing out it. His sword cut through the box, sending it’s two pieces towards the ground.
Seeing his opportunity, Kadaj pushed off the building, propelling himself towards the small split open box. He arms secured around the small package, his hand reaching inside as he fell. He withdrew his hand, covered in neon green cells, which he began to push into his chest with a groan.
Cloud gasped, “No…” He jumped off the building after Kadaj, reaching for the box.
Kadaj landed on his feet, still slightly doubled over when he raised his arm, stopping Cloud head-on.
Cloud stared in fear at the eyes that raised to meet his own, ‘It’s nice to see you…Cloud.” Sephiroth’s voice rolled, as a smirk graced the silver haired villain’s face.
Cloud was pushed back as Sephiroth’s sword materialized, sending him back up to where he and Kadaj were originally fighting.
The black-cloaked figure floated over Cloud’s head, landing on a piece of debris, his black leather boot making a soft sound as he touched down. He tilted his head at Cloud, a small smile gracing his features, “What’s wrong Cloud…aren’t you glad to see me?” Sephiroth taunts.
Cloud sneers and repositions his sword at his side, pulling it back slightly, “Far from…” he growls, running at his nemesis. He jumps up, swinging his sword with a flash of silver.
Sephiroth smirks, dodging it easily and moving towards one of the building nearest to them.
Cloud turns, spinning his katana before slashing it down with a swift fire attack. The building begins to crumble from the attack, slicing it.
Sephiroth floated above Cloud near the top of the building, “I’ve thought of a wonderful present for you…” he swings his long swords, slicing the slab of building above of him. As it begins to fall, Sephiroth jumps up, “On your knees…I want to see you beg…”
Cloud pushed down on his sword, separating it to form two. He pushes away from the way, digging his feet into the concrete to pull himself up towards his rival. He moved easily through the debris, only when the last bit of rubble come that he has difficulty.
Sephiroth slices through the piece of debris at the same time as Cloud. He kicks Cloud hard in the chest, sending him backward onto a building top.
Cloud hits hard, tumbling and rolling across the cement. He staggers to get up, buckling over in pain. He falls to his knees, clutching his gut as Sephiroth lands next to him. Unable to defend himself in time, he receives a kick in the shoulder, followed quickly by the butt of Sephiroth’s sword in his gut.
Sephiroth moves up to him, “I had really expected more fight out of you, Cloud.” He kicks the blonde in the side once more, sending him into a wall.
Cloud hit the wall, his head smashing up against the concrete. He groans, but sucks in a gasp of air as cold hard metal slides into his shoulder. He looks slowly down at his side to see Sephiroth sword gleaming in his shoulder.
-Chapter II-
Sephiroth moved towards the smaller blonde, kneeling down at his side. He pulls the sword from his shoulder, watching as Cloud reacts with his eyes scrunched together in pain. A smile plays at his lips as he leans forwards, his tongue flicking out across the wound.
Cloud’s blue eyes open in alarm as Sephiroth runs his tongue slowly over the incision wound. He winces once more, using enough energy to try and push Sephiroth away, “What the hell are you doing?” he growls in a weak voice, plastering himself up against the wall.
“What needed to be done.” The older silver-haired man answers, opening Cloud’s legs to kneel between them. He leans in towards Cloud, his face only an inch from the blonde’s, feeling his rapid breathe on his skin. “Or shall I say…what I’ve wanted to do.” He closes the space between them, his lips meeting Cloud’s in a soft kiss.
Cloud’s eyes lose none of their shock as he feels Sephiroth’s soft lips press against his. He also feels Sephiroth’s tongue licking his bottom lip, begging for entrance into his mouth. Giving in, Cloud closes his eyes, parting his lips to let Sephiroth in.
Sephiroth smiled as Cloud accepted, plunging his tongue into his mouth. His hand moves to the rim of his tank top, his fingers snaking around the thin material. Sephiroth’s fingers move across Cloud’s bare stomach, enjoying the small gasps escaping from Cloud’s lips. One of his fingers find Cloud’s n****e, rubbing over it.
Cloud moans against Sephiroth’s lips, his legs closing against his hips. He moves his gloved hand to wrap around his neck, playing with the silver hair at its base. He pulls away from the kiss to breathe, his breath hoarse, ‘I thought we hated each other?” he asks in a fevered voice.
Sephiroth laughs, leaning in to whisper in Cloud’s ear, “Hate is not the opposite of love, Cloud” he growls, nuzzling against the blonde’s neck.
Cloud gasps, his hand tightening on Sephiroth’s neck. His other hand clutched onto his cloak.
Sephiroth brushed his lips against the sensitive skin of Cloud’s neck, his hand moving back down across chest to the rim of his pants. Sephiroth’s hand moved over the fabric, teasing the bulge he found there. He looked back up to Cloud’s face, smiling as he saw the blonde’s head thrown back. He kissed the boy’s chin, “Tell me what you want, Cloud.” He whispers, his tongue darting out to taste his skin.
Cloud moaned and rubbed against the hand at his groin, “…Sephiroth…” he growls, pushing his hips up as his jaw clenches.
Sephiroth smiles, squeezing down a bit, watching Cloud’s eyes roll back into his head. “Tell me, Cloud,” he whispers again, kissing his bottom lip.
The blonde gasped, his hips almost bucking. “You…” he whispers feverishly, “I want you, Sephiroth.”
Sephiroth stood abruptly, leaving Cloud to pant against the wall, “Good…” he turns, dropping off the building edge, disappearing into the rising dust of the debris.
From her spot on the ship, Yuffie watched the whole show, her mouth open. She began to point to where Cloud and Sephiroth were. “You guys! Ugg! Just look!” she said, pressing her hands against the glass.
Tifa moved quickly to the window, “What? What’s happening?” She asks worriedly, pressing her hands against the glass also, “Is it Cloud?” She strained to see through the falling ash and concrete smoke.
“Yeah! He and...” The smoke cleared, showing Cloud slumped up against a wall, Sephiroth nowhere in sight, “Well…he…uh…ah…ugg…” Say frustrated, thinking maybe she had imagined it.
“Yuffie, you fealin all right? You seem even stupider than normal.” Cid commented from the ships navigation booth.
Yuffie turned to him slowly, “Cid! I am going to kill you!” She runs at him, yelling.
Cid ducks, “Ahhh! Stop it! Your crazy!” was all you could here from where Yuffie had tackled Cid to the ground.
Tifa looks over her shoulder, “Cid! Pull it together! We need to go get Cloud!” She yelled, running up to the helm, kicking Yuffie and Cid out of the way. She lands the ship on the building, hoping it wouldn’t crumble under the weight. She opens the bridge doors, running down the ramp and towards Cloud. “Cloud!”
Cloud’s head was down, and he was breathing hard when Tifa skidded to her knees next to him. He looked up at her, remembering Sephiroth in the same position. He moans, “…Sephiroth…” He begins to black out, the blood loss really getting to him.
Tifa gets a worried look, “Don’t worry, he’s gone.” She scans the area to back her words, looking to where Vincent had moved out of the bridge. “Vincent! Help me with Cloud! He needs help!” She yells, hooking one of Cloud’s arms around her neck.
Vincent notices Cloud and begins to run, pulling to a stop next to Cloud. He saw the sword wound, ‘It’s pretty bad Tifa…we need to patch him up quick.” He lifts Cloud’s other arm, gently placing it around his own neck.
Working together, Vincent and Tifa slowly worked their way back to the ship with the unconscious Cloud. Moving up the ramp, they drag him to a small bench near the opening window.
Yuffie gasps, ‘Oh my god! What happened, he looks horrible?!” She says, standing next to a black and blue Cid.
Cid looked down at Cloud and shook his head, “I’ll get us back to your apartment,” He says quickly, moving to the navigation booth.
Tifa kneels next to Cloud, examining the wound. “It’s deep…but I should be able to fix it.” She says, looking up to Vincent.
Vincent nods, unbuckling his red cloak. He hands it to her, “Here…this should keep him warm.” He says, laying the cloak over the unconscious Cloud. The group looked down at him, none of them knowing what actually happened.
Inside their apartment, Cloud sat awake in his bed. His friends surrounded him, offering any comfort they could manage, but he could really care less. He continually looked out the window of the dark room, thinking about one thing, and that one thing alone.
“You don’t have to worry…he’s not coming back.” Tifa said from her spot at the foot of his bed.
“Yeah! That Sephiroth won’t know what hit him when we get through with him!” Yuffie shouts, raising her fists to punch the air.
Cloud didn’t blink. His mind wasn’t really all there. He had heard what they had said, but strangely…he didn’t want them to go after him. He shook his head, looking back to his friends, “I’ll be fine…I promise.”
Yuffie scoffed, crossing her arms, “Pshh…yeah right!” She moved towards the door, slamming it shut.
Cid sighs and rubbed the back of his neck, “As much as I hate to admit it…Yuffie there is right…I mean look at ya…it looks like you been through hell and then stabbed to top it off.” He shrugs, moving towards the door to calm Yuffie down. An angry ninja was an evil ninja.
Vincent sighs, “Common Tifa…lets let him be for now…” he offers her a hand, his eyes on Cloud. What’s wrong with him…I’ve never seen him like this? He tells himself.
Tifa nods and accepts the hand, pulling herself up off the bed. “Just tell us if you need something, all right?” She says, moving to the door with Vincent.
Downstairs Yuffie stood at the door, her arms crossed as she murmured something unintelligible about Cloud. She stomped a foot, leaning against the doorway.
Cid moves up behind her, “Hey Yuffie I…” he starts but is cut off by a fist that is directed at his face.
“If you say ONE thing that pisses me off…I am going to kick your a** all the way to tomorrow and back!” She holds him down against the floor with her boot.
Cid struggles against her, “Yuffiee…can’t breathe…” he chokes, clutching at her foot.
“Oops…sorry…I just…uhh.” She removes her foot, turning back to the open door. “None of you guys take me seriously cuz I’m the youngest…and you! All you do is taunt me!” She growls at him, her arms still crossed.
Cid sighs, rubbing the red boot shaped mark on his throat. “Well…we only do it cuz we care for ya!” he grunts, moving to stand next to her. He turned the other way to hide a blush.
Yuffie blushed also, “Oh yeah right….like you care about me!” She said quickly, whapping him on the arm.
Cid grasped his arm, wincing, ‘OW!” he cried, pulling up his sleeve.
“Oh don’t be such a…Oh my god! Did I do that?” She asks with a horrified look. On Cid’s arm there was a bruise the size of a football. She uncrosses her arm and touches it lightly.
Cid chuckles, still making little hurt faces, “Yeah…well luckily you got me on the arm I don’t use to fly or fight.” He jokes, rubbing the bruise slightly, “You are stronger than you know, Yuff,” He smiles.
Yuffie frowns, “Well you should have told me! How was I supposed to know that I could really hurt someone?!” She smirks, looking up into his blue eyes.
He shrugs, rolling down the shirtsleeve, “Well now ya know.” He moved back towards the stairway, raising one arm to signal a good bye.
“Cid! Wait!” Yuffie runs up to him, leaning up and giving him a small kiss, ‘I’m sorry I can hurt you…your just gunna have to fight back harder you wussy!” She jokes, moving around him and up the stairs.
Cid stands with his mouth hanging open from the kiss, feeling the blush creep slowly up his neck.
Vincent and Tifa sat in her room, Tifa cross-legged on the bed, Vincent leaning against the closet door. Tifa sighs, “I just don’t get it…I mean…he always tells us what’s wrong or what’s bothering him!” She throws up her arms to signify her point.
Vincent nods, ‘I recognize the look on his face…but…it’s impossible.” He says with a shake of his head.
Tifa sits up a bit, “What look? I didn’t see a look?” She asks, leaning forward, her head in her hands. Am I really so lost that I missed something? She asks herself, looking back over to a confused Vincent.
Vincent looked down somewhat before turning amber eyes to her questioning dark ones. He probably had the same look on his face. “Lust… I don’t know why…but it was defiantly there, Tifa.” He says, all expression gone from his features.
Tifa shakes her head disbelieving, “No…no there is now way that…THAT…could be what he was feeling.” She stands, moving towards the door.
Vincent stops her by grabbing her arm, ‘I know what I saw Tifa…maybe you should ask him...” He says, letting go of her arm.
Tifa sighed, nodding before opening the door. She turned back after closing it, only to ram into someone’s chest, “Hey! Watch where…oh hey Reno!” She says with a smile.
Reno smiles, rubbing his head, “Sorry about that…clumsy ‘ol me.” He laughs, moving out of the way. “I actually came to talk to Cloud…you know…check in on him and stuff like that”
Tifa smiles, “How nice, his room is at the end of the hall,” She said pointing to the closed door. She turned and moved down the stair to the kitchen, wanting some alone time.
Reno lifted a hand, “Thanks!” he smiles, moving down the hall towards Cloud.
As he pushed open the door, Reno peeked his head in, “Hello?” he spots Cloud on the bed, looking out the window. He smiles and closes the door, moving to the small desk and chair beside the bed. He plops down, kicking his feet up onto the desk, “Hey there…rough day?” he asks with a smirk.
“Leave me alone, Reno…” Cloud growled, turning over. Before Reno had interrupted him, Cloud was having a particularly good dream, and apparently it showed.
Reno looked over, “Oh come on now don’t be so….whoa there!” Reno’s eye locked on the rather large bulge in the blanket that Cloud had over him. “Umm…wow….uhh…” Reno laughed a bit.
Cloud turned an angry eye at him, “I said go away, Reno.” He readjusted the blankets on his lap.
Reno smiled, “And I thought I was the only one!” Completely taking Cloud by surprise. “So who is it? It’s Tifa, right? Or is it Yuffie?” he asks, leaning towards his friend.
“What? Huh, no…not them…” Cloud says, turning a bright shade of red. That took Reno by surprise.
“Oh…! Wow…I didn’t know you swung that way. So then who is it? Vincent, Cid, or Reeve? Or is it me?” He smiles, now totally interested in the subject.
Cloud growled, ‘Why should I tell you?” he says, his blonde hair sticking up from sleep.
Reno presses a finger to his lips, “I swear I wont tell! Please, please, please!” he crossed a finger over his heart, “I promise!”
Cloud growls, “Ok….only if you swear not to tell the others…” He looked away from Reno for a second before looking back over at him with dark blue eyes.
Reno squeals, “Oh yay! Ok, ok! Tell me! Tell me!” he was nearly drooling onto Clouds lap by the time he was ready to tell him.
Cloud took a deep breath, “It…It’s….Sephiroth” he says, turning away to hide the blush. Even saying the silver haired man’s name made him happy.
Reno fell out of the chair, and lay dazed on the floor for a second. As the name registered, he shot up, his hands on his head, “Are you serious!? You mean THE Sephiroth! Your enemy?!”
Cloud sat up, and told Reno what had happened once Kadaj had changed into Sephiroth, and what they had done. By the end of the story, Reno was panting.
“Wow…now even that would make me hot…” he said, standing and placing his hand on the front of his pants. “Well…I’m gunna go then…happy dreams!” he laughs, “No pun intended.”
Tifa sat in the kitchen as Reno descended the stairs. 'Oh, there there again Reno." She says quietly, holding a white mug in one hand.
Reno smiles, but it changes to a frown, 'Hey...whats wrong?"
Tifa sighes, "it's Cloud..I mean...did you notice that he is different somehow...Vincent says it's lust but..."
She is cut off by Reno, who sat choking on his coffee. He looked up laughing, tears rolling down his face, "Are you serious!?"
Tifa scoffed, "Thats what I said! But no....He just kept on insiting it....Stupid gunner..."
Reno laughes, "Well babe..I gotta go now..me and Rude got some important secrect agent doda to do..." He smiles at her as he walk out the door, metally wiping away a huge sweat drop that seemed to apear, 'That was a close one."
Cloud sat in his bed, thinking about what he had told Reno. he had to stop these feelings, had to make it go back to the way it was before. he stands, moving to the window and unclicking the lock Tifa insisted he had. Sighing he pushes himself out the window, dropping to the dusty paved road below. Cloud moved to his battered black bike which lay up against a wall. Mounting, he queitly kicks it into gear, pulling out of the garage. he didn't know where Sephiroth was...but he had a pretty good idea.
After his breif talk with Tifa, reno had moved with Rude out of the Strife residence. Walking along side Rude, Reno shoved his hands in his pockets, "So...What do we do now? I mean it's not like Shinra's got anything planned!" he complained, movinf his hands to run through his hair.
Rude chuckled, "I really don't know Reno...We could always go drinkin'?" he suggested, his arms crossed over his massive chest.
Reno sighed, "I'm really not in the mood for drinking....I'm really not in the mood for anything." He smirks, resting his hands on his neck.
"Now isn't that just too bad." Said a voice from a alleyway. Yazoo emerged from the darkness, closley followed by Loz.
Rude sneered, "What? You guys lookin for anouther fight?" He growls, pulling out his stick-like weapon.
Yazoo smiles over to his brother before looking back to the tense partners, "Oh no worries big boy...our intrest is not in you.."
Before Reno or Rude could comment, both were knocked out by Loz.
-Chapter III-
[WARNING! ALL WHO DON"T LIKE YAOI...SKIP THIS CHAPTER!]
Cloud moved towards the desert, a trail of dust following him.
Ontop of a large butte, Sephiroth stood motionless, his silver hair whipping out around him. He smiled slightly as he spotted the black bike speeding towards him, "You never do learn, do you Cloud?" he says queitly to himself.
Cloud stopped the bike beneath the butte, dismounting and grabbing one of his remaining swords. He moves towards the top of the butte with a single leap, the dust billowing aroung him as he landed only a few feet from his rival, "I've come to end this Sephiroth." He raises his gleaming katana to waist level.
Sephiroth smiles, shaking his head slightly, "No, you haven't" The older man replies, turning daring blue-grey eyes to the blonde.
"Cloud growls, raising the katana in a fighting stance, "What makes you think you know what I want?"
In the blink of a eye, Sephiroth stood behind Cloud, leaning into his ear, "You told me, Cloud. You want me." He turns the last word into a whisper, his tounge darting out to lick the blonde's ear.
