To know more about me you have to know about my dad. My dad’s name is Okonkwo. My dad is a leader in our community of Umofia. He is very strong and he is a great wrestler. When he was younger, he brought honor to his village by beating Amalinze the Cat in a wrestling contest. Until his match with Okonkwo, the Cat had been undefeated for seven years. I think this was really cool. I like watching the young men in our village wrestle. My dad is tall and huge, and his bushy eyebrows and wide nose give him a severe look. He also snores very loudly. He also has a temper. He is mean and if you do not obey him he will beat you. He even beat my step mom during the week of peace. I try to stay out of his way when he is not in a good mood. In our culture you must obey your father.
