Nothing serious really...well...yeah...it kind of is...but its really not that bad... sweatdrop
So apparently I pushed waaaayyyy beyond what my body is supposed to at only two days of swim practice sweatdrop
yesterday was about 2 miles of running...100 pushups...and about 10 minutes of keeping my feet 6 inches off the ground with my back on the ground and then swimming several more miles...in less than three hours sweatdrop
and then today I had muscle pains in my arms and legs but still went to practice...big mistake on my part sweatdrop
I dont know what happened today
but it hurt...alot >_<
I cant lift my arms up past a 90 degree mark...
and...I think I lost use of my right arm for quite a while...it hurts the most at the moment...I cant even eat properly using my right arm...
if its anything like last time...I think this'll take about four days for me to recover sweatdrop
so...painkillers and lots of rest for me for a while xd
