My tribute to teh beloved Haku~
This is after Kakashi killed Haku with "Lightning edge", and Gatou kicks Haku's dead body. cry
Naruto- "Hey, why don't you do something?! He worked for you! He was practically your slave!!"
Zabuza- "Like what? Haku is dead."
Naruto- "But you should care! That fat scumbag is desecrating him!!! He was your comrade... your partner... He worked for you for years!!!"
Zabuza- "Gato's been using me... and I used Haku. Weren't you listening? It's a shinobi's lot. All of us are either users, tools... or both. I didn't value Haku for himself... but for the taint his blood carried... and for what his talents could do for me. I apologize for nothing."
Naruto- "You... Do you really mean that?! He really cared about you! He was devoted to you! But you think that`s just nothing, that he was nothing! You don`t feel a thing! Are you really that heartless? Is that how you get... when your powers are as strong as yours are? He gave his life for you!!!"
Zabuza- "Kid...not another word..."
(These lines came out of the fourth Naruto Book)
((By now everyone in the book is crying except for Kakashi and Gatou))
In the end I think Zabuza really cared, and loved Haku (not in a gay way), for he wanted to go to heaven with him. Zabuza actually had a kind heart. If not, he wouldn't be crying after Naruto's speech cry
