 His name is Devan Ketchum and he is from Pallet Town. He is the twin brother of Ash Ketchum. They are both identical twins not fraternal. Devan Ketchum is actually the same as Ash, persistant, enthusiastic, and selflessly loyal to all friends. His Pokemon are: , , , , and much more. But he started his new journey in the Shinou Region with only his Charmander and Pikachu. He enjoyed Shinou. Where he was reunited with his best friend Rakem who is younger than him but he is also 13. Rakem has only started in Shinou with his best bud Typhlosion and Raichu, which is the evolved form of Pikachu. Together on one journey, this a Pokemon season like never before.
