Devan was happily walking with Charmander on his right shoulder and Pikachu on his left shoulder smiling, "Rakem."
"Yes, Devan?" Rakem asked.
"I can see a building not too far away." Devan replied.
"Maybe its the Pokemon Research Lab!" Rakem said.
"Cool!" Devan exclaimed, "That means three starter Pokemon are waiting there for us, I can't wait to get one of them."
"Pika, pika!" Pikachu exclaimed saying <Time to meet a new friend Charmander>
"Charmander, Char!" Charmander replied saying <Yea, I know. If its a water type they'd better prepare top be burned and shocked, right Pikachu?>
"Pika Chu!" Pikachu responded laughing a bit <Amen to that bra>
"Typhlosion!" Typhlosion added <Same here>
They all started to run along to the Pokemon Research Lab. They were amazed by how it looked inside, "Cool," said Devan.
"I wonder what cool looking Pokemon will be here." Rakem thought to himself with a slight smile.
"Excuse me," said a man in a white looking research jacket.

"Excuse me," said a man in a white research jacket. Devan and Rakem turned around.
"Oh, are you Professor Stone?" Rakem asked.
"Yes I am." He replied.
"Well, I am Devan Ketchum from Pallet Town and this is my two best Pokemon buddies Charmander and Pikachu." Devan told Prof. Stone.
"And I am Rakem Brown from New Bark Town and this my best buddy Typhlosion!" Rakem added.
"Well, nice to meet you all. As you know I am Professor Stone, the professor of the Shinou Region. Since you two are trainers, I'm guessing you're looking for a new starter pokemon. At this moment we only have one." Prof. Stone explained.
"Rakem, you take it, alright?" Devan suggested.
"Thanks Devan... I guess I want it." Rakem replied and turned to Prof. Stone.
Prof. Stone smiled and gave Rakem the poke'ball. It was the water pokemon Piplup(Pochama). "There you go." Prof. Stone told him, "Both of you take these poke'dex chips. IT will update your poke'dexes." Prof. Stone explained and handed them the chip. Devan and Rakem quickly put it in their poke'dexes and smiled.
"Cool, thanks a lot Professor!" Devan told him happily.
"Yeah and thanks for the pokemon! I promise to take care of it!" Rakem added. They both started walking of to start their new journey in Shinou. Heading to the second town or city and the first gym.
